Have you studied French? Wish you could have some speaking practice?
French Class for Adults (emphasis on spoken French)
Tuesdays, thru December 13 (no class Nov. 8), 7:00 pm.
Course would emphasize spoken French at level you need. You'd start with simple things - Introductions, family & friends - and progress to more complex - favorite activities & your choice of discussion subjects. Grammar and structure reviewed as needed. Our aim is to give you the pleasure of expressing yourself in a foreign language.
Teacher: Janet Carper, retired French teacher.
Suggested donation: $5 per class. Materials supplied by teacher.

Adult Coloring Book
Are you interested in a relaxing activity.
"Coloring Station" where you can sit, relax, color - enjoy yourself anytime during library hours.
Adult coloring books with intricate designs and patterns (ex. paisleys, botanicals, mandalas, animals) offer a fun and unique way to express creativity, stimulate your brain, unwind and generate wellness. Coloring books and pencils will be available or participants can bring their own supplies. "Coloring brings you back to a simpler time, it's pleasurable, it's a chance to sit and be mindful...and at the end you get this beautiful result. You have a real sense of accomplishment."
