with guest musicians: M.S.A.D. 55 Choral Students under the direction of Mr. Jason Ward.

held at Sacopee Valley Middle School, 137 South Hiram Rd, Hiram

Tickets: $10.00 each (over 18) / $5.00 each (ages 10 - 18 and Senior Citizens)/ under 10 free

Refreshments available. Free candy canes delivered by elves!

Annual Christmas in Cornish   sponsored by Cornish Association of Businesses

Friday December 5th and Saturday, December 6th


  • Friday December 5:
    • Local shops and restaurants offing goodies and discounts
    • 6:00pm – reading of the polar express @ Bonney Memorial Library
      • Childeren who attend will receive a “Polar Express Ticket” that they can use on Saturday on the Polar Express Trail
    • 6:30pm – Tree lighting with free goodies, hot cocoa, and a community sing-a-long of the season’s classic songs
      • Additional “Polar Express Tickets” will be handed out at the goodies table that they can use on Saturday on the Polar Express Trail.
  • Saturday December 6:
    • 10:00am-2:00pm – †The Polar Express Trail
      • Children who have a ticket will be able to visit participating businesses where they will make or pick-up a craft and get their ticket punched.
        (Any child can receive a ticket at any of the participating businesses)
        • A list of paticipating businesses to come.
      • After visiting all participating businesses, children will turn their punched ticket into the box located at Café 22 where Santa will be waiting for them.
    • Local shops and restaurants offering goodies and discounts
    • 9:00am-2:00pm – 3rd Annual Cookie Fest @ Bonney Memorial Library
    • 10:00am-2:00pm – Historical Society Christmas in Cornish – Sharing of historical Christmas stories and traditions.
      • Gingerbread House contest for adults and children.
      • Refreshments served.
