Come meet with others in your community who seek weekly support & accountability to step on a scale or measure your own progress in whatever method you choose. Plan for meetings: weigh in or reflect on your own progress; to discuss successes and barriers, to meeting goals, to encourage others; & share information about weight loss and /or improving general health. No charge. No dues.

Adult Coloring Book

Are you interested in a relaxing activity.

"Coloring Station"  where you can sit, relax, color - enjoy yourself anytime during library hours.

Adult coloring books with intricate designs and patterns (ex. paisleys, botanicals, mandalas, animals) offer a fun and unique way to express creativity, stimulate your brain, unwind and generate wellness. Coloring books and pencils will be available or participants can bring their own supplies. "Coloring brings you back to a simpler time, it's pleasurable, it's a chance to sit and be mindful...and at the end you get this beautiful result. You have a real sense of accomplishment."
